These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Phone Locator geolocation service. By starting the trial you accept them in full.
1. The service
Phone Locator lets you request the geolocation of a mobile number. The holder of that number receives an SMS and must explicitly consent before any position is captured. Without consent, no location is provided and no data about the holder is collected.
2. Trial and subscription
Your access begins with a 24-hour trial charged at €1.50, which includes one location request. Unless you cancel within those 24 hours, the trial automatically converts to a monthly subscription of €39.90, including 20 location credits per month, renewing every month until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your space in one click. Cancelling before the end of the 24-hour trial prevents the monthly subscription from starting, so you are only charged €1.50. Cancelling an active subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and only to locate numbers whose holders may reasonably consent. You must not use it to harass, stalk, or harm any person. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
5. Refunds & liability
Because results depend on the holder granting consent, the trial fee is non-refundable once a location request has been sent. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid in the previous month.
